Our Verdict
For merchants needing a comprehensive form builder with advanced features, AI capabilities, and integrations with popular marketing tools, Primy ‑ AI Custom Form Builder is the clear choice, despite the limited number of reviews. Its feature set caters to complex form creation scenarios and provides extensive flexibility for collecting and managing data. However, the higher complexity might require a steeper learning curve.
For merchants seeking a simple and straightforward form builder with a focus on ease of use and a quick setup, Zeal FormFactory might be a better option. While it lacks the advanced features of Primy, its focus on creating custom forms with intuitive functionalities and automatic PDF submissions could be appealing to merchants with basic form creation needs and a desire for simplicity. If PDF submission is a must-have and other integrations aren't, Zeal FormFactory could be a viable solution.
