PrinterCo Automatic Printing vs Proveway PayPal Tracking Syncfor Shopify (2026)
PrinterCo Automatic Printing and Proveway PayPal Tracking Sync cater to vastly different needs within the Shopify ecosystem. PrinterCo focuses on the operational backend, automating the physical printing of orders. Its target audience is merchants who require immediate, tangible records of sales, such as restaurants, retail stores, or businesses fulfilling orders in-house. Proveway, on the other hand, is a financial tool designed to optimize PayPal operations. It aims to streamline tracking information synchronization between Shopify and PayPal, improving seller trust, reducing holds on funds, and generally enhancing the financial aspects of order fulfillment. The primary distinction lies in their core functionality. PrinterCo directly addresses order fulfillment logistics by automating printing processes and offering physical terminal solutions, improving order processing speed and minimizing errors. Proveway optimizes the financial pipeline of order fulfillment, reducing PayPal's delays on payouts by automatically providing the necessary information for verifying deliveries. While both touch on aspects of 'Orders,' PrinterCo directly manipulates order data into a physical form, while Proveway manipulates order tracking data to affect cash flow.

Our Verdict
The choice between PrinterCo Automatic Printing and Proveway PayPal Tracking Sync depends entirely on the merchant's primary pain points. If the merchant struggles with manually printing orders, seeks to automate the printing process, or desires integrated handheld POS solutions, PrinterCo is the clear choice. Conversely, if the merchant experiences frequent holds on PayPal funds, encounters payment disputes related to delivery verification, or aims to optimize PayPal seller protections, Proveway offers a focused solution.
Given the significant difference in ratings and review counts, it's wise for merchants considering PrinterCo to proceed with caution, perhaps seeking a trial period or closely examining recent feedback (if available beyond the current rating) to assess its current performance and reliability. Proveway's high rating and substantial user base suggest a more reliable and widely adopted solution for its specific purpose.
