Our Verdict
Based on the available information, Scarcity+ Cart Countdown Timer seems to be the stronger contender for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its higher rating, significant review count, and specific features like automatic cart emptying and dropshipping support indicate a more refined and effective product. While Product Countdown Pro might appeal to merchants seeking a simpler or less aggressive approach, the lack of detail and overwhelmingly positive reviews for Scarcity+ suggest it's the better choice for those serious about leveraging urgency to boost sales. Scarcity+ is particularly well-suited for stores heavily reliant on countdown timers and dropshipping models.
