Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on maximizing COD sales and offering a frictionless checkout experience, Progus COD (Cash on Delivery) appears to be the stronger choice. Its 1-Click order form and customizable rules provide the tools to optimize conversions and target specific customer segments. However, for merchants struggling with COD fraud and disputes, Secure Cash on Delivery COD offers a valuable layer of security through OTP verification. It's suitable for businesses prioritizing trust and reliability over pure conversion rates, accepting a potentially slightly higher level of friction for increased security. The lack of ratings for Secure Cash on Delivery COD should be taken into consideration.
