Our Verdict
Progus COD (Cash on Delivery) is the better choice for merchants heavily reliant on COD payments who want to streamline the ordering process, increase conversion rates, and minimize risks associated with failed deliveries. The app's granular control over COD availability and customizable order forms are valuable assets. Conversely, Zoho Packages is ideal for merchants already invested in the Zoho ecosystem, specifically Zoho CRM. It provides a bridge to centralize customer, product, and order data within Zoho CRM for improved customer relationship management and sales tracking. Without existing Zoho CRM usage, Zoho Packages provides little immediate value. Given the current ratings and reviews, Progus COD appears to be a safer bet if COD optimization is a key business need.
