Proship by Prozo (India) vs Synctrack PayPal Tracking Syncfor Shopify (2026)
Proship by Prozo (India) and Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync both operate within the 'Orders' category on the Shopify app store, but cater to very different needs. Proship's specific function and target audience are unclear due to limited data. Its extremely low rating (1.1/5) and minuscule review count (3) suggest significant issues with functionality, usability, or customer support. Conversely, Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync focuses specifically on automating the synchronization of order tracking information with PayPal and Stripe to accelerate fund disbursement and mitigate disputes. Synctrack clearly targets merchants who use PayPal and/or Stripe extensively for payment processing and want to improve their cash flow and protect themselves from payment-related issues. Synctrack differentiates itself by automating PayPal and Stripe tracking syncs, a functionality Proship's description does not imply. Synctrack's high rating (5/5) and substantial review count (423) indicate a generally positive user experience and a reliable solution. The app also features specific integrations for Facebook and Instagram sales channels, extending its reach beyond standard Shopify orders. Synctrack's key features point toward streamlining financial operations and improving trust with PayPal and Stripe, enhancing merchant control and reducing administrative overhead.

Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync is the significantly stronger choice for merchants looking to streamline their PayPal and Stripe operations. Its high rating, large number of positive reviews, and clearly defined feature set focused on automation and dispute resolution make it a compelling option for merchants reliant on these payment processors.
Proship by Prozo (India)'s extremely low rating and lack of reviews raise serious concerns about its functionality and reliability. Unless there are specific and compelling reasons to choose Proship (which are not evident from the provided data), Synctrack presents a far more trustworthy and effective solution.
