Our Verdict
Given the current data, Workflow Automation—React Flow is the clear winner. Its high rating, numerous reviews, and comprehensive feature set indicate a well-received and functional app for Shopify merchants. It is suited for businesses seeking to automate a wide range of tasks related to order fulfillment, customer management, and marketing, with existing integrations to major apps like Mailchimp.
Proship by Prozo (India) is difficult to recommend based on the extremely limited and negative data available. Unless substantial improvements are made and more positive reviews surface, merchants should exercise extreme caution before considering it. It may be more suitable for smaller merchants in India, if its service works reliably.
