Our Verdict
For merchants heavily reliant on PayPal and seeking to automate tracking updates to reduce payment holds and improve seller protection, Proveway PayPal Tracking Sync appears to be the stronger choice, especially given its high rating and significant review count. Its focus is on streamlining PayPal operations and ensuring that transactions are covered by PayPal's seller protection policies.
If the primary goal is to improve the customer's order tracking experience and provide more control over the branding of the tracking page, QuickTrack | Order Tracking might be considered; however, the very low rating and lack of reviews compared to Proveway warrant caution and careful consideration of alternative customer order tracking apps.
