Common Questions
Does Proveway handle shipping logistics like RapidShyp?
No, Proveway's primary function is to sync tracking information with PayPal, not to manage the shipping process itself. It relies on you already having a shipping process in place.
Can RapidShyp help me with PayPal disputes?
RapidShyp's focus is on shipping. While providing tracking information may indirectly help with disputes, it doesn't directly address PayPal dispute resolution like Proveway does.
Is Proveway only for merchants selling digital products?
No, Proveway can sync tracking for both physical and digital orders, making it versatile for different types of Shopify businesses.
Does RapidShyp work outside of India?
Based on the provided description, RapidShyp focuses on shipping within India and its courier partnerships are geared towards that region. It's unlikely to be useful for international shipping.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on the focused functionality and claim of automation, Proveway is likely easier to set up. RapidShyp, with its broader range of shipping features, may require a more involved setup process.
