Our Verdict
For merchants heavily reliant on PayPal and experiencing frequent holds or disputes, Proveway PayPal Tracking Sync appears to be the more direct and effective solution. Its focus on automating PayPal tracking and unlocking seller protections offers a clear ROI. On the other hand, TrackingMore Order Tracking is better suited for businesses seeking a comprehensive order tracking solution that enhances the post-purchase experience, reduces support requests, and drives revenue through upsells and personalized messaging. If proactive customer communication and branding are top priorities, TrackingMore is the stronger choice. A merchant might choose both if PayPal holds are a critical issue, but customer experience and branding is also very important.
