Our Verdict
The choice between Proveway and Updatrr depends entirely on the merchant's specific challenges and priorities. If a merchant heavily relies on PayPal and struggles with holds or reserves, Proveway is the clear choice. It offers a specialized solution to improve PayPal's trust in the seller. On the other hand, merchants seeking to improve customer communication, recover abandoned carts, and drive sales through WhatsApp should opt for Updatrr. While Proveway focuses on backend financial stability, Updatrr is customer-facing and revenue-driven. Merchants needing both might consider integrating them alongside other Shopify apps.
