Our Verdict
Choosing between Proveway and Wbiztool depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs. If a merchant's primary concern is mitigating risks associated with PayPal payment holds and disputes, and streamlining PayPal's tracking requirements for seller protection, Proveway PayPal Tracking Sync is the clear choice. Its focus on automating the tracking sync process directly addresses this pain point.
However, for merchants prioritizing direct customer communication, improved engagement through personalized messages, and wanting to leverage WhatsApp for order updates and promotional campaigns, Wbiztool Messages is the better fit. While its review count is lower, the tool addresses the need for more personalized direct messaging which becomes even more important in 2026. It is more of a front-end solution, helping with marketing and conversion rates.
