Push Remarketing By MP vs PushEngage Web Push & WhatsAppfor Shopify (2026)
Both Push Remarketing By MP and PushEngage Web Push & WhatsApp are Shopify apps designed to enhance customer communication and drive sales through push notifications. However, they differ significantly in their current standing and feature sets. Push Remarketing By MP positions itself as a tool to convert visitors into customers and build loyalty through automated push messages for abandoned carts, price drops, and promotions. PushEngage, on the other hand, emphasizes multi-channel engagement across web push, app push (presumably native app), and WhatsApp, offering a more comprehensive approach to customer interaction. A key difference lies in the available channels: Push Remarketing By MP currently focusing on push notifications while PushEngage integrates WhatsApp for direct customer interaction.

Our Verdict
Given the current data, PushEngage Web Push & WhatsApp appears to be the stronger choice for most merchants. Its perfect rating, existing reviews, and multi-channel approach, including WhatsApp integration, provide a more robust and potentially effective solution. The dedicated support for Shopify Plus stores is also a significant advantage for larger businesses looking to scale their marketing efforts. Push Remarketing By MP, while potentially viable in the future, currently lacks any validation or differentiation, making it a riskier choice until reviews become available. Merchants should strongly consider PushEngage for its proven capabilities and wider range of features, especially if WhatsApp communication is desired.
