Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a straightforward and quick way to recover abandoned carts, announce sales, and provide back-in-stock alerts using browser-based push notifications, PushAlert ‑ Push Notifications is likely the better choice. Its focus on simplicity and direct customer engagement makes it ideal for smaller businesses or those with limited technical expertise. In contrast, ZigChat is better suited for larger businesses or those with a more complex customer communication strategy, requiring omnichannel support and workflow automation. While it offers a broader range of features, the lack of any current reviews necessitates caution before implementing this solution.
