Our Verdict
For merchants exclusively focused on web push notifications and seeking advanced features like customer segmentation and detailed performance tracking, PushBot: Web Push Notification appears to be the stronger option, supported by a larger number of user reviews. However, merchants who want to integrate WhatsApp alongside web push notifications for a more comprehensive communication strategy should consider RocketPush: WhatsApp, Web Push. The higher rating of RocketPush is notable but is derived from a much smaller sample size, so merchants should exercise caution in placing too much weight on it. More research would be required to determine the depth of features and ease of use for each solution.
