PX AI Chatbot & Contact Form vs Replyco ‑ eCommerce Helpdeskfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing between PX AI Chatbot & Contact Form and Replyco ‑ eCommerce Helpdesk face a trade-off between AI-powered automation and comprehensive customer support centralization. PX AI Chatbot & Contact Form focuses on proactively engaging customers through an AI-driven chatbot that learns from store data, providing instant answers and lead capture. Its multilingual support and customization options cater to businesses prioritizing personalized automation and immediate customer interaction. The small number of reviews, however, suggests it may be a newer or less widely adopted solution. Replyco ‑ eCommerce Helpdesk, on the other hand, emphasizes centralizing customer communication across multiple channels into a single inbox. Its strength lies in its 360-degree customer view, order integration, and automation of support workflows with features like auto-assign and canned responses. This approach suits merchants managing a high volume of inquiries from diverse sources, valuing efficiency and a complete customer history. However, its lower rating suggests potential usability or satisfaction issues. The larger review count provides more data, but also highlights potential areas for improvement.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking proactive sales engagement and automated customer support through AI, PX AI Chatbot & Contact Form is the better choice, especially if multilingual support is required. However, the limited number of reviews warrants caution. If the priority is centralizing and efficiently managing a high volume of customer inquiries from various channels, Replyco ‑ eCommerce Helpdesk is more suitable. However, the lower rating suggests investigating user feedback to assess potential drawbacks before committing. Smaller stores just starting with automation might favor the focused approach of PX, while larger businesses with established support teams would more likely benefit from Replyco's comprehensive helpdesk features, provided its usability concerns are addressed.
Ultimately, merchants should carefully consider their current support volume, desired level of automation, and the importance of proactive sales engagement when making their decision. Testing both apps during a free trial period (if available) is highly recommended.
