QBSourcing vs Ricemill | Fulfilmentfor Shopify (2026)
QBSourcing and Ricemill | Fulfilment both aim to improve shipping solutions for Shopify merchants, but they cater to vastly different needs and business models. QBSourcing positions itself as a sourcing and dropshipping agent operating out of China, promising access to a wide range of products, steady supply chains, branded packaging, fast shipping, a free warehouse, and low prices. Its primary strength lies in facilitating direct sourcing and fulfillment from China, potentially appealing to merchants seeking cost-effective product sourcing and dropshipping solutions. Ricemill | Fulfilment, on the other hand, focuses on streamlining the fulfillment process for merchants already holding inventory or utilizing established suppliers within Australia. It offers tools to compare shipping rates, print labels, and automate order fulfillment using popular Australian carriers like Australia Post MyPost, eParcel, and Sendle. The key difference lies in the origin and nature of the fulfillment process. QBSourcing handles the entire process from sourcing to shipping from China, appealing to merchants who want to outsource product acquisition and fulfillment completely. Ricemill | Fulfilment assists merchants in managing their existing fulfillment operations within Australia, focusing on optimizing shipping logistics and automating order updates. The significant disparity in ratings and reviews further highlights the difference in user experience and perceived reliability. The lack of reviews and low rating of QBSourcing, coupled with the high rating and substantial number of reviews for Ricemill | Fulfilment, suggests a higher level of user satisfaction with the latter.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a complete dropshipping solution and are comfortable with sourcing products from China, QBSourcing might be an option, but the extremely low rating and limited reviews raise serious concerns about reliability and customer satisfaction. Ricemill | Fulfilment is the clearly superior choice for Shopify merchants who already have a supply chain in place and need assistance with fulfillment within Australia. Its high rating, positive reviews, and focus on streamlining the shipping process with major Australian carriers make it a more reliable and efficient solution for managing domestic order fulfillment.
