Qikify Contact Form Builder vs Zigpoll Customer Surveysfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Qikify Contact Form Builder and Zigpoll Customer Surveys offer distinct solutions for Shopify merchants, though both are categorized under 'Surveys'. Qikify positions itself as a versatile, no-code form builder for lead generation, customer service improvement, and sales boosting, catering to merchants needing varied form types beyond just surveys. Its strength lies in its broad form creation capabilities (contact, wholesale, registration), diverse form elements (file uploads, image choice), and flexible display options (popup, bubble, embedded). It emphasizes internal submission management and mail app integrations. Zigpoll, conversely, focuses explicitly on customer surveys, specializing in post-purchase, pre-purchase, NPS, on-site, email, and SMS surveys. It targets merchants prioritizing customer insights and business optimization through data-driven decision-making. Zigpoll's power stems from its advanced survey delivery options (on-site, email, SMS), AI-powered analytics, and seamless integrations with Shopify and other marketing tools. A key differentiator is its focus on leveraging zero-party data for optimizing marketing spend and conversion rates. While both are no-code, Zigpoll centers on collecting and analyzing feedback while Qikify allows creation of general forms.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants requiring a broad range of form types beyond simple surveys (e.g., wholesale applications, registration forms, detailed contact forms with file uploads), Qikify Contact Form Builder is the stronger choice. Its versatility and in-app submission management provide a comprehensive solution. However, merchants seeking to deeply understand customer behavior, optimize their marketing spend, and improve conversion rates specifically through targeted surveys should strongly consider Zigpoll Customer Surveys. Zigpoll's AI analytics and integrations with Shopify and other marketing tools offer valuable insights that Qikify does not.
