Our Verdict
Reviews Junction, with its substantially larger number of reviews (158 vs. 10 for QTA Quiz), appears to be a more established and widely adopted solution for social proof. It suits merchants prioritizing building trust and credibility through authentic customer feedback. If a merchant prioritizes actively recommending products based on customer preferences to directly increase conversion rates and average order value, QTA Quiz might be more suitable, assuming they're willing to invest the time in creating and managing the quizzes and segments. However, given the limited number of reviews for QTA Quiz, Reviews Junction is generally the safer bet due to demonstrated adoption and functionality.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and manage?
Without direct experience, we can infer that Reviews Junction likely offers a more streamlined setup due to its focus on automated review requests and simple display. QTA Quiz, with its quiz and segmentation logic, might require more initial configuration and ongoing management.
Which app is better for a brand new store?
Reviews Junction is generally better for a brand new store. Gathering reviews early can establish credibility and trust with new customers. QTA Quiz requires some pre-existing understanding of customer segments to be effective.
Which app is better for increasing average order value?
QTA Quiz is designed to potentially increase AOV by guiding customers toward more relevant or complementary products they might not have otherwise considered. Reviews Junction's impact on AOV is more indirect, by influencing purchase decisions through positive reviews.
Which app provides more comprehensive customer feedback?
Reviews Junction provides a broader range of customer feedback features, including ratings, reviews, photos, videos, and a Q&A section. QTA Quiz focuses solely on using quiz results to tailor product recommendations and doesn't inherently collect direct customer feedback.
How important are the review counts when choosing between these apps?
The review count is significant. Reviews Junction has 158 reviews, indicating wider adoption and potentially more stable functionality compared to QTA Quiz's 10 reviews. While a perfect rating is great, a larger sample size offers more confidence in the app's long-term performance and support.
