QTA Quiz: Segment & Recommend vs ThanhBT: File Uploadfor Shopify (2026)
QTA Quiz: Segment & Recommend and ThanhBT: File Upload are both 5-star rated apps in the Shopify Forms category, but they serve drastically different purposes. QTA Quiz focuses on gathering customer data through quizzes to personalize recommendations and segment audiences. In contrast, ThanhBT: File Upload enables customers to submit files through various forms on a store, enhancing communication and customization options for merchants. QTA Quiz targets merchants seeking to improve customer engagement and personalize the shopping experience, while ThanhBT: File Upload caters to businesses needing to receive files from customers for order customization, support requests, or other form-based interactions. QTA Quiz leverages quizzes to actively engage customers and collect valuable insights for personalized marketing. ThanhBT: File Upload enhances communication by facilitating easy file uploads, enabling customers to provide necessary documents or specifications. This difference dictates which app is suitable for a merchant. For example, an apparel store might use QTA Quiz to recommend styles based on a customer's quiz answers. A custom printing service, on the other hand, would use ThanhBT: File Upload to receive customer-designed artwork or logo files.

Our Verdict
The choice between QTA Quiz: Segment & Recommend and ThanhBT: File Upload hinges entirely on the merchant's needs. If the goal is to personalize the shopping experience, segment customers, and boost conversions through targeted recommendations, QTA Quiz is the better choice. However, if the store needs to receive files from customers for customization, support, or any other purpose related to form submissions, ThanhBT: File Upload is the clear winner.
Given the limited number of reviews, both apps would benefit from more user feedback to solidify their standing. However, based on the features and descriptions, ThanhBT: File Upload offers a highly specific and practical solution for businesses needing file uploads, while QTA Quiz is aimed at a broader marketing and engagement goal. A merchant could even use both to improve their shop.
