Quantity Selector Plus vs UpsellPlus Checkout Upsellfor Shopify (2026)
Quantity Selector Plus and UpsellPlus Checkout Upsell target different aspects of the Shopify checkout experience. Quantity Selector Plus focuses on enabling customers to easily adjust item quantities directly within the checkout process, potentially reducing cart abandonment due to inflexible quantity options. It aims to streamline the buying process and improve customer satisfaction by simplifying quantity adjustments. Conversely, UpsellPlus Checkout Upsell centers around increasing average order value (AOV) through strategic upsells and post-purchase offers. It provides tools to modify the checkout page with upsells, customize the thank you page, and create one-click upsell opportunities, targeting merchants looking to maximize revenue from existing customers. The primary difference lies in their core value proposition: Quantity Selector Plus enhances usability and customer satisfaction by simplifying quantity management, while UpsellPlus Checkout Upsell prioritizes revenue generation through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Quantity Selector Plus seems geared towards merchants who identify insufficient quantity options as a pain point for their customers.
