Common Questions
Which app helps me reduce the number of returns I receive?
Neither app directly reduces the *number* of returns. Quick Returns focuses on *managing* the returns process once they occur. Sam Shipping Protection focuses on protecting against issues that *cause* returns (lost/damaged items). A separate quality control strategy is required to directly reduce the number of returns.
Which app integrates with my existing shipping carrier?
While both apps likely integrate with shipping carriers, based on the provided data, only Quick Returns mentions generating automatic return labels which *implies* integration. Sam Shipping Protection focuses on the *protection* of the shipment, not the shipping process itself, so shipping carrier integration is less likely to be a key feature explicitly mentioned.
Which app gives me more control over the refund process?
Quick Returns and Exchanges ↻↺ provides more control over the *entire* refund process, allowing you to customize return policies, fees, and reasons. Sam Shipping Protection Upsell focuses on handling claims related to shipping issues, which may result in a refund, but the process centers on the shipping claim rather than overall refund management.
Which app offers a branded experience?
Both apps offer a branded experience, but in different ways. Quick Returns provides a 'Fully Customizable branded return portal,' while Sam Shipping Protection Upsell offers a 'Customizable widget that matches your brand style.' Therefore, both are valuable for presenting a coherent experience to your customers.
Is either app free to install and try?
The data provided doesn't specify whether either app offers a free trial or a free plan. You would need to check the app listing on the Shopify App Store to confirm pricing and trial options for each.
