Our Verdict
The choice between QuickBooks Online and Simple Affiliate depends entirely on the merchant's needs. If a merchant requires a comprehensive accounting solution, QuickBooks Online *might* seem like a fit. However, its extremely low rating raises serious concerns, suggesting merchants should investigate alternatives. Simple Affiliate is clearly the better choice for merchants specifically interested in establishing or optimizing an affiliate marketing program.
Given Simple Affiliate's exceptional rating, focused functionality, and emphasis on ease of use, it's the recommended app for merchants prioritizing affiliate marketing. The automated features, flexible reward structures, and tax management capabilities streamline the process, potentially saving time and increasing revenue. If accounting and bookkeeping are higher on the priority list, a thorough assessment of alternatives to QuickBooks is strongly recommended.
