QuickTrack | Order Tracking vs Synctrack PayPal Tracking Syncfor Shopify (2026)
QuickTrack | Order Tracking and Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync, both categorized under 'Orders' and 'Order tracking', cater to distinct needs within the Shopify ecosystem. QuickTrack aims to provide a comprehensive order tracking experience for customers, enhancing transparency and building trust by offering real-time order status updates and estimated delivery dates. Its focus is on improving the post-purchase experience for the end customer, potentially reducing customer inquiries and increasing satisfaction. However, its extremely low rating and lack of reviews raise significant concerns. Synctrack, on the other hand, addresses a more specific operational challenge: streamlining PayPal and Stripe payment processes. It automates the synchronization of tracking information with PayPal and Stripe, helping merchants receive their funds faster and minimize disputes and chargebacks. It particularly benefits businesses selling through multiple channels, including Facebook and Instagram, as it centralizes PayPal tracking management. Its high rating and substantial number of reviews suggest strong user satisfaction and reliability.

Our Verdict
QuickTrack | Order Tracking, despite its stated benefits, is difficult to recommend in its current state. The extremely low rating and single review indicate significant issues or lack of adoption. Merchants should proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly investigate before considering this app. In contrast, Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync is a much safer bet given its high rating and substantial number of reviews.
Synctrack is clearly the better choice for merchants primarily concerned with optimizing their PayPal and Stripe payment processing workflows. Its automation of tracking synchronization, coupled with the potential for faster fund disbursement and reduced disputes, offers a compelling value proposition. If you are a Shopify merchant heavily reliant on PayPal and Stripe, Synctrack is a strong contender. QuickTrack might be considered only after a significant update and demonstration of improved performance and reliability, and only if the primary goal is a customer-facing tracking experience independent of payment processing.
