QuizShop ‑ Recommender Quiz vs Webiators: SmartSize Chartfor Shopify (2026)
QuizShop ‑ Recommender Quiz and Webiators: SmartSize Chart both aim to enhance the shopping experience but address fundamentally different needs. QuizShop focuses on boosting sales and conversions through interactive product recommendation quizzes. It allows merchants to personalize the shopping journey with guided selling funnels, capture zero-party data, and provide tailored recommendations without requiring coding. This is positioned as a way to improve engagement and provide customers with the right products based on their preferences. Webiators: SmartSize Chart, on the other hand, tackles sizing issues, a common pain point for apparel and footwear stores. It allows merchants to easily create and display custom size charts on product pages, collections, or specific items. The emphasis is on reducing returns and improving customer confidence by providing accurate sizing information. While QuizShop focuses on improving product discovery and engagement, Webiators targets fit and accuracy, specifically within the fashion and accessories vertical. Both apps share the 'product comparison' Shopify category, although their implementations and use-cases differ widely.

Our Verdict
The choice between QuizShop and Webiators depends heavily on the merchant's needs. For stores looking to increase sales through personalized product discovery and gather customer data, QuizShop ‑ Recommender Quiz is the better option. The no-code quiz builder and integration with Klaviyo offer a comprehensive solution for creating engaging and effective product recommendation quizzes.
However, for fashion, footwear, and accessory stores struggling with returns due to sizing issues, Webiators: SmartSize Chart is the more suitable choice. The ability to easily create and display custom size charts, along with flexible display options, can significantly improve customer confidence and reduce the number of returns. The lack of reviews for Webiators is a factor, but the focused functionality addresses a clear need within the apparel niche. Given the choice, and the current data, QuizShop is a slightly safer bet due to having positive user feedback.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Both apps claim ease of use. QuizShop has a drag-and-drop builder, while Webiators focuses on easy chart upload and customization. The best option depends on whether you prefer creating interactive quizzes (QuizShop) or uploading and customizing size charts (Webiators).
Can I use both apps on my store?
Yes, these apps address different needs. You can use QuizShop to help customers find the right products and Webiators to ensure they select the correct size, provided your products and target audience benefit from both features.
Which app is better for gathering customer data?
QuizShop is specifically designed to capture emails and zero-party data through its quizzes, offering valuable insights into customer preferences. Webiators does not focus on data capture.
Which app is more likely to increase sales?
QuizShop directly aims to boost sales through personalized product recommendations. Webiators indirectly contributes by reducing returns and increasing customer confidence, which can lead to repeat purchases and positive word-of-mouth.
What happens if I don't have size charts?
If you don't sell products where size is a major concern (e.g., digital products, home goods), Webiators is irrelevant. QuizShop may still be valuable for guiding customers to the right products within your catalog.
