Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing immediate customer engagement and a solution for retargeting drop-offs without app downloads, Reactiv is a compelling choice, especially considering its unique no-opt-in push notification feature. However, the low number of reviews should be a consideration.
Shoppy is better suited for merchants aiming to enhance the overall mobile shopping experience and build long-term customer loyalty through optimized UX and personalized features. The larger number of reviews adds a degree of confidence. If a downloadable app experience and fast checkout are crucial, Shoppy is likely the better option, however the merchant will need to gain opt-in for push notifications.
