Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with preventing spam submissions on their contact forms, registration pages, or comment sections, and prioritizing ease of setup and minimal impact on user experience, reCAPTCHA spambuster might be sufficient. However, the low rating and limited number of reviews should give merchants pause. Consider testing it thoroughly during any free trial period.
For merchants dealing with a significant volume of transactions and facing a substantial risk of credit card fraud and chargebacks, Subuno is the clear choice. Its robust feature set, advanced analytics, and customization options provide a more comprehensive solution, albeit with a likely steeper learning curve. The perfect 5/5 rating (though based on a small sample size) indicates high user satisfaction.
