Our Verdict
Recurpay is the superior choice for businesses whose core offering relies on subscriptions. The app's strength lies in providing tools for managing recurring payments, handling customer subscription changes, and offering various subscription options (upfront, pay-as-you-go, discounts). Rise.ai is better suited for businesses that want to boost overall customer retention and AOV through loyalty programs, gift cards, and store credit management. It's a comprehensive solution for turning refunds and rewards into opportunities for future purchases. If your business relies primarily on one-time sales rather than subscriptions, Rise.ai is likely the better fit.
