Our Verdict
Merchants should choose Recurpay if their primary goal is to implement and optimize a subscription-based business model. Its robust subscription management features and customer portal will empower them to handle recurring payments, offer flexible plans, and provide a seamless experience for subscribers. The 24/7 human support is a significant advantage for merchants who anticipate needing assistance with setup or ongoing management.
Rivyo is better suited for businesses seeking to enhance their brand reputation, increase customer engagement, and drive sales through social proof and loyalty programs. The ability to showcase reviews with photos and videos, along with the built-in rewards system, will help merchants build trust, incentivize repeat purchases, and foster customer loyalty. If subscriptions aren't a core part of your business model, Rivyo is the better option.
