Our Verdict
Recurpay is the clear choice for merchants looking to establish or optimize a subscription-based business model. Its robust feature set, including customer self-service portals and 24/7 support, caters directly to the complexities of managing recurring payments and orders. Shoppy is better suited for businesses aiming to improve their mobile presence and customer engagement, particularly those who believe that a dedicated mobile app will enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. Shoppy's relatively low review count compared to Recurpay suggests a smaller user base or a newer product, potentially indicating a less mature offering, although still highly rated.
