Common Questions
Can both apps be used together?
While both apps technically fall under the 'Customer Loyalty' category, their functionalities are largely independent. It is highly unlikely for a business to need or effectively utilize both apps simultaneously. Recurpay focuses on subscriptions for individual customers, while Wholesale Simplified targets B2B and bulk discounts.
Which app is easier to set up?
Recurpay claims a quick and easy setup within minutes. Wholesale Simplified does not explicitly state ease of setup, however, the integration possibilities could add complexity. Recurpay may be easier to set up initially.
Which app offers better customer support?
Recurpay explicitly advertises 24/7 live human support, while Wholesale Simplified does not mention any specific support details in the description.
Does Wholesale Simplified support subscriptions?
No, Wholesale Simplified focuses exclusively on wholesale discounts, group-based pricing, and bulk orders. It does not offer subscription functionality.
Which app is better for a high-volume business?
Wholesale Simplified, due to its focus on bulk ordering, collection specific discounts and features designed around B2B sales, would likely be a better choice for a high-volume, wholesale business. Recurpay is excellent for managing a large number of *recurring* orders but not necessarily large-volume individual orders.
