Our Verdict
If you're a larger merchant seeking a comprehensive platform to optimize the entire shopper journey, including returns, shipping, marketing, and checkout, Redo is likely the better choice. Its AI-driven features and broad functionality aim to increase profit at multiple touchpoints. However, if your primary concern is streamlining and optimizing your returns process specifically, with a focus on cost control and policy customization, ReturnZap Returns & Exchanges is the more suitable option. Its flat-rate pricing model (no fees per return) can be particularly attractive for businesses with high return volumes. Merchants seeking a simpler, more focused returns solution will likely find ReturnZap easier to set up and use.
