Our Verdict
ReelUp is the clear choice for merchants who want to leverage the power of video, particularly short-form video content from TikTok and Instagram. Its focus on shoppable videos, ease of importing content, and claims of no impact on page load speed make it a strong contender for businesses that prioritize video marketing. However, it is more specialized.
Slidy is a better option for merchants who primarily use images and want to create interactive banners and slideshows. While its rating is lower and has far fewer reviews, it fills a specific need for making image-based content more clickable and engaging. It's useful for merchants who want a simple solution for improving click-through rates on their website's visual elements without the complexity of video content.
