Smart Stories is better suited for merchants who want more control over creating branded video stories and want to use provided templates. The ability to auto-create stories from product collections is a significant advantage for those who lack readily available video content. The detailed analytics provided by Smart Stories also appeal to merchants needing granular performance tracking of their video content.
