Our Verdict
For merchants heavily invested in social media marketing and looking to create a visually engaging shopping experience using short-form video content from platforms like TikTok and Instagram, ReelUp‑Shoppable Videos+ Reels is the clear choice. Its focus on shoppable videos and integration with popular platforms directly supports conversion-oriented content strategies. However, merchants primarily concerned with improving website performance, page load speed, and SEO ranking should prioritize WEBP Image Optimizer+Speed SEO. Its features directly address image optimization and SEO best practices, leading to a faster, more discoverable online store. While ReelUp has a significantly higher rating and review count suggesting a stronger user base and perhaps more thoroughly tested features, WEBP might be more suitable if image optimization is the current priority.
