Our Verdict
If your primary concern is minimizing fraudulent COD orders and reducing RTO/failed deliveries through robust verification methods and partial payments, Releasit Cash on Delivery COD is the better choice. The WhatsApp OTP verification and partial payment features provide valuable safeguards against losses. However, if your focus is on optimizing the COD order process with improved forms and potentially increasing Average Order Value (AOV) through upsells (as implied by the name), Releasit COD Form & Upsells would likely be a better fit. Unfortunately, without knowing the exact features of the second app, a definitive recommendation is limited.
