Relocate+ Order Editor vs Richpanel: AI Customer Supportfor Shopify (2026)
Relocate+ Order Editor and Richpanel: AI Customer Support both aim to reduce customer support burden, but they approach it from different angles. Relocate+ Order Editor focuses specifically on empowering customers to self-manage order modifications like address changes, product adjustments, and cancellations, directly reducing support requests related to order errors and changes. This is achieved through customizable rules, providing merchants fine-grained control over what customers can edit and when. Richpanel, on the other hand, is a broader customer service platform that aims to automate a wider range of customer inquiries through AI-powered self-service and efficient multi-channel management. It targets merchants seeking a comprehensive solution to manage all customer interactions from a single inbox.

Our Verdict
For merchants experiencing a high volume of customer support requests directly related to order modifications (address changes, adding/removing items, cancellations), Relocate+ Order Editor is the more focused and likely more effective solution. Its rule-based system gives merchants specific control over the order editing process. However, if a merchant requires a comprehensive, AI-powered customer service platform to manage inquiries across multiple channels and automate a wider range of support tasks, Richpanel is the better choice. While Richpanel may include some order-related self-service features, Relocate+ offers a more targeted solution for order modification-related support reduction.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Richpanel advertises a free white glove migration and a two-week setup, suggesting potentially greater complexity in configuration but also more support during onboarding. Relocate+ Order Editor does not explicitly state setup time, but its focus on order modifications suggests potentially simpler configuration for that specific task.
Which app is better for a small store with limited support resources?
Relocate+ Order Editor can be a quick win for small stores overwhelmed by order change requests. By empowering customers to self-serve on basic modifications, support workload is directly lessened. Richpanel might be overkill if the primary support issue is order changes.
Which app is better for a large store with complex customer service needs?
Richpanel is designed for larger stores with complex customer service needs across multiple channels. Its AI-powered features and broad integration capabilities provide a scalable solution for managing a high volume of customer interactions.
Does Relocate+ Order Editor offer AI support?
No, Relocate+ Order Editor does not advertise any AI-powered features. Its automation is rule-based and focused on enabling self-service order modifications.
Does Richpanel offer order editing capabilities?
While Richpanel provides a self-service portal, it is not explicitly stated that it offers order editing in the same granular detail as Relocate+ Order Editor. It's likely a broader self-service functionality covering various types of inquiries and actions, not just order changes.
