Relocate+ Order Editor vs Shopping Agent by Quickchat AIfor Shopify (2026)
Relocate+ Order Editor and Shopping Agent by Quickchat AI address drastically different needs for Shopify merchants in 2026. Relocate+ Order Editor focuses on post-purchase order management, empowering customers with self-service editing capabilities to reduce support tickets and minimize returns. It targets merchants seeking to streamline order modifications and provide a more convenient customer experience after a purchase has been made. Shopping Agent by Quickchat AI, on the other hand, is a pre-purchase AI-powered sales and support tool designed to engage customers, answer questions, and guide product discovery, all before an order is placed. The initial user reviews also paint a clear picture: Relocate+ has a perfect rating and some customer feedback, suggesting it's a functional app used by real merchants, while Shopping Agent currently has no reviews and a zero rating, which could indicate it is either very new or not yet achieving satisfactory results.

Our Verdict
Choosing between Relocate+ Order Editor and Shopping Agent by Quickchat AI depends entirely on your business priorities. If you're struggling with high support ticket volumes related to order changes, and wish to reduce returns due to incorrect addresses or product selections, Relocate+ Order Editor is the more suitable choice. Its self-service editing capabilities, combined with rule-based customization, offer a targeted solution to a specific post-purchase pain point.
On the other hand, if your main goal is to proactively engage customers, increase sales conversions through personalized recommendations, and provide instant support, Shopping Agent by Quickchat AI may be worth exploring, especially if the lack of reviews is simply due to it being new. However, the absence of user feedback presents a higher risk. Relocate+ Order Editor, with its positive reviews and focused functionality, appears the safer and more proven option for addressing post-purchase order issues.
