Relocate+ Order Editor vs Simesy Order Editing & Upsellfor Shopify (2026)
Relocate+ Order Editor and Simesy Order Editing & Upsell both aim to reduce support tickets and empower customers through self-service order editing. Relocate+ boasts a strong initial position with a perfect 5/5 rating based on 31 reviews, suggesting high customer satisfaction. It emphasizes rule-based customization for order editing, integration with platforms like ShipStation and Recharge, and enhancing the post-purchase experience via thank you pages, order status pages, and email confirmations. Simesy Order Editing & Upsell, on the other hand, is a new entrant with no current reviews, but it positions itself more directly as a combined order editing and upsell tool. Simesy highlights refund/store credit automation for cancellations and post-purchase upsell capabilities to improve AOV. Relocate+ appears geared towards merchants who prioritize proven customer satisfaction and robust integrations within their existing ecosystem. The emphasis on rule-based editing and integrations hints at a more established operation. Simesy, with its focus on upsells and automated refunds, seems targeted at merchants seeking to simultaneously improve customer experience and increase revenue via post-purchase interactions. The 0 reviews, however, mean its features are entirely theoretical at this stage. Merchants should approach with caution.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a proven solution with existing integrations and strong customer satisfaction, Relocate+ Order Editor is the safer choice. Its rule-based system offers a high degree of control and the positive reviews provide confidence. However, if a merchant is particularly interested in post-purchase upselling and automated refunds alongside basic order editing features, and is willing to take a risk on a new, unproven app, Simesy Order Editing & Upsell might be considered. That said, the lack of reviews for Simesy makes it difficult to recommend definitively; merchants should proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly test all features if they choose this option. The better option is to wait for more data on Simesy.
