Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing automated order management and empowering customers to modify their own orders without support intervention, Relocate+ Order Editor is the clear choice, particularly given its positive reviews. The rule-based system allows granular control over what customers can edit, mitigating potential risks. Sobot Live Chat & Chatbot, in its current state with no reviews, is difficult to recommend without further evidence of its functionality and user satisfaction. If a merchant prioritizes immediate real-time customer support and is willing to be an early adopter, Sobot could be explored once it has a proven track record.
