Relocate+ Order Editor vs Stylo: AI in Zendeskfor Shopify (2026)
Relocate+ Order Editor and Stylo: AI in Zendesk, while both falling under the 'Helpdesk' category on Shopify, address fundamentally different aspects of customer support. Relocate+ Order Editor empowers customers with self-service order modification capabilities, aiming to reduce support tickets and returns by allowing customers to directly manage aspects like addresses, products, and cancellations. Its rule-based system offers merchants control over what modifications customers can make and when, enhancing the customer experience. In contrast, Stylo: AI in Zendesk focuses on automating responses to common order-related inquiries within the Zendesk support environment. It leverages AI to understand customer questions about order status and location, automatically generating responses and freeing up support agents for more complex issues. The core distinction lies in their approach to support. Relocate+ prioritizes proactive self-service, while Stylo centers on reactive, AI-powered ticket resolution. Relocate+ is geared towards merchants who want to delegate basic order management tasks to their customers, providing a better user experience. Stylo is suited for merchants already heavily reliant on Zendesk support, aiming to optimize agent efficiency and reduce response times. The integrations highlight this difference, with Relocate+ integrating with fulfillment and subscription platforms (ShipStation, Recharge) while Stylo integrates with Zendesk's workflow.

Our Verdict
For merchants grappling with high return rates due to address errors or product change requests, and seeking to reduce support ticket volume by putting more control in the hands of their customers, Relocate+ Order Editor is the more compelling choice. Its integration with fulfillment and subscription platforms adds further value. However, if a merchant's primary challenge is managing a large influx of 'Where is my order?' tickets in Zendesk, and the support team is constantly answering repetitive questions, then Stylo: AI in Zendesk offers a more direct solution by automating responses and freeing up agents.
In short, if you want customers to help themselves, choose Relocate+. If you want AI to help your Zendesk agents, choose Stylo. It really depends on where you want to focus your efforts in streamlining customer support.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and manage?
Stylo: AI in Zendesk is likely easier to set up and manage, as it primarily involves integrating with Zendesk and configuring basic AI settings. Relocate+ Order Editor requires creating and managing custom rules, which may involve a steeper learning curve and ongoing maintenance.
Which app is more cost-effective?
Without pricing information, it is impossible to determine which app is more cost-effective. A comparison would require understanding the pricing models of both apps and the volume of tickets they resolve or prevent.
Can Relocate+ Order Editor answer 'Where is my order?' questions?
No, Relocate+ Order Editor focuses on enabling customers to modify their orders. While it might indirectly reduce the number of 'Where is my order?' tickets by allowing customers to correct address errors, it does not directly address order tracking inquiries.
Does Stylo: AI in Zendesk integrate with platforms other than Zendesk?
The description only mentions integration with Zendesk and Shopify. It does not provide information about integrations with other platforms.
Which app is better for improving customer satisfaction?
Both apps aim to improve customer satisfaction, but through different mechanisms. Relocate+ Order Editor empowers customers, giving them more control and reducing frustration. Stylo: AI in Zendesk provides faster responses and efficient ticket resolution, which can also lead to increased satisfaction. The 'better' app depends on the specific pain points of the customer base.
