Relocate+ Order Editor vs Webkul Order Managementfor Shopify (2026)
Relocate+ Order Editor and Webkul Order Management are both Shopify apps designed to improve the post-purchase experience, but they approach the problem differently. Relocate+ Order Editor focuses on empowering customers to *self-serve* edit their orders directly, reducing the need for customer support intervention. Its strength lies in its rules-based system, allowing merchants to control exactly what aspects of an order can be modified and when. This positions it as a solution for larger merchants seeking to automate customer support and reduce operational overhead related to order changes. On the other hand, Webkul Order Management centers around providing customers with a streamlined process to request returns, exchanges, cancellations, and other order-related actions. While it offers address change requests, it relies on admin approval, making it a more manual process overall.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to drastically reduce customer support tickets related to order changes and empower customers with self-service capabilities, Relocate+ Order Editor is the clear choice. The rule-based system allows for granular control while automating order modifications. If, however, your priority is tightly managing returns and exchanges while fostering customer loyalty through reordering discounts, Webkul Order Management is a more suitable option. Note that Webkul Order Management's heavy reliance on manual approval for requests may introduce processing delays and staffing requirements.
