Our Verdict
Currently, Relocate+ Order Editor is the clearly superior choice for Shopify merchants seeking to implement self-service order editing. The app's positive ratings and reviews, along with its detailed feature list (including rule-based automation and integrations), offer a tangible and proven solution for reducing support burden and improving customer satisfaction. Zimply, due to the absence of reviews and information, presents a significant risk as its functionality and effectiveness are unknown. Unless Zimply gains substantial user feedback and demonstrates comparable features and value, Relocate+ Order Editor stands out as the safer and more effective option, particularly for merchants experiencing high support volume related to order changes.
