Reorderify vs TryOnify: Try Before You Buyfor Shopify (2026)
Reorderify and TryOnify: Try Before You Buy offer distinct solutions for Shopify merchants in 2026. Reorderify focuses on streamlining the reordering process for existing customers, enabling them to easily repurchase previous orders with a single click. It aims to improve customer retention and reduce customer service inquiries related to reordering. TryOnify, on the other hand, centers around a "Try Now, Pay Later" model, attracting new customers by offering a free trial period before payment. This strategy is designed to reduce cart abandonment and increase sales conversions by removing the immediate financial commitment. The core difference lies in their target audience and value proposition. Reorderify caters to merchants who want to enhance the post-purchase experience and boost repeat purchases. TryOnify targets merchants seeking to acquire new customers and overcome initial purchase hesitations. While both apps have perfect ratings based on a small number of reviews, the limited review count makes it difficult to draw definitive conclusions about their long-term performance and user satisfaction. The categorization of TryOnify as a 'Payment options - Other' app highlights its focus on alternative payment solutions, whereas Reorderify is likely a 'Customer Service' or 'Sales & Conversion' app.

Our Verdict
The choice between Reorderify and TryOnify: Try Before You Buy depends heavily on the merchant's primary goals. Reorderify is ideal for businesses with a solid existing customer base looking to simplify repeat purchases and improve customer retention. TryOnify is a better fit for merchants struggling with cart abandonment and aiming to attract new customers through a risk-free trial experience.
Given the limited number of reviews for both apps, merchants should consider conducting thorough testing before committing to either one. If a merchant's priority is boosting repeat business and reducing customer service burden related to reorders, Reorderify is likely the better choice.
