Our Verdict
Choosing between Repeat Customer Insights and Swish (formerly Wishlist King) depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs. If a merchant primarily seeks in-depth customer data to inform their loyalty strategy, Repeat Customer Insights might be the more suitable choice (assuming that is its primary function, based on the name). However, if the merchant's goal is to directly engage customers through a sophisticated wishlist system with integrations and customizable features, Swish (formerly Wishlist King) is the clear frontrunner, especially given its considerably higher number of reviews and the focus on driving conversion through wishlist management. Due to the limited information on Repeat Customer Insights, Swish is the easier recommendation to make based on the provided data.
