Our Verdict
Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the clear winner for most Shopify merchants in 2026, especially those focused on data-driven decision-making and gaining deep insights into their customer base. Its high rating, large number of reviews, comprehensive survey features, AI analytics, and no-code setup make it a powerful tool for optimizing marketing, conversion rates, and product development. It's ideally suited for businesses looking to actively engage with customers, understand their pain points, and personalize the shopping experience.
Reports & Export by SyncWith may be a suitable option for merchants with very specific data reporting needs. However, the lack of detail about its features and the limited number of reviews make it a riskier choice compared to Zigpoll. Without more information, it is difficult to determine its specific value proposition or target audience.
