Our Verdict
For merchants heavily reliant on their eBay presence and seeking a quick and easy way to import existing positive feedback to their Shopify store, Reputon eBay Reviews is the clear choice. It provides a targeted solution for bridging the reputation gap between the two platforms. However, for merchants prioritizing building a comprehensive review system directly within their Shopify store, with features like automated collection, incentives, customizable widgets, and rich media support, Reviews Junction offers a more robust and feature-rich solution. Its perfect rating and slightly higher review count suggests greater overall satisfaction and effectiveness in generating customer feedback. Reviews Junction appears to be the stronger choice for merchants who are not deeply entrenched in eBay and want a more complete review solution.
