Our Verdict
For merchants who already have a significant presence on eBay and want to quickly populate their Shopify store with existing reviews, Reputon eBay Reviews could be a valuable time-saver. However, for merchants focused on building a robust review system directly within their Shopify store, with automated request workflows, customizable display options, and the ability to offer incentives, ReviewsYard — Product Reviews offers a more complete and integrated solution. Given its higher rating, more reviews, and explicit focus on Shopify-centric review collection, ReviewsYard is likely a better choice for most Shopify-only merchants.
