Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to offer custom pricing and personalized customer interactions, Request For Quote by CC is theoretically suitable. However, the extremely low rating and limited reviews are significant red flags, suggesting potential issues with functionality, support, or both. Merchants should proceed with extreme caution, if at all.
Singleton | Advanced Discounts, on the other hand, is well-rated and reviewed, suggesting a more reliable and user-friendly experience for merchants wanting to implement strategic discounts. Unless you absolutely require a request-for-quote system and are willing to accept the risks associated with a poorly rated app, Singleton | Advanced Discounts is the far more sensible choice for most Shopify merchants.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on the ratings and reviews, Singleton | Advanced Discounts is likely easier to set up and use. The low rating of Request For Quote by CC suggests potential difficulties or bugs.
Which app is better for increasing sales?
Singleton | Advanced Discounts is specifically designed to increase sales through discounts and promotions. Request For Quote by CC focuses on custom quotes, which may not directly translate to increased sales volume.
Can both apps work together on a single Shopify store?
