Our Verdict
Retail Barcode Labels is the appropriate choice for merchants who need a solution for printing barcode labels to improve inventory management in a physical store or warehouse environment. The wide range of printer and label support makes it a versatile option. However, the 0/5 rating with a significant number of reviews (412) should be a serious red flag, demanding further investigation before considering this app.
Zigpoll Customer Surveys is better suited for merchants prioritizing customer understanding and data-driven decision-making. Its focus on surveys, AI analytics, and integration with marketing tools makes it ideal for businesses aiming to optimize customer experience and increase conversion rates. The perfect 5/5 rating based on a comparable number of reviews (417) lends credibility to its claims and makes it a more immediately appealing choice, though a closer look at individual reviews for both apps is always advisable.
